Papers submitted from Jan. 20 - Feb. 20, 2012 are not required to submit a processing fee.
All papers are date and time recorded upon submission.
February 21 - March 31, 2012
A processing fee of $15.00 is now required. You may continue to submit your paper online however, your paper will not be returned to you until we have your payment. All papers are date and time recorded upon submission.
April 1- April 30, 2012
The processing fee is now $25.00. You may continue to submit your paper online however, your paper will not be returned to you until we have your payment. All papers are date and time recorded upon submission.
Electronic Paper Submission after April 30, 2012.
Any paper received after April 30, 2012 - there will be no guarantee that your paper will be published in that year's Proceedings. If your paper is accepted for publication it will be processed for the following year. The mail in processing fee is $50.00. All papers are date and time recorded upon submission.

Submission Instructions
Format your paper (title, abstract, and author layout; typefaces; margins; line spacing; font size) using the NCUR Proceedings formatting guidelines. Please verify that your paper adheres to these guidelines before you submit it. You will receive a confirmation email once your paper has a cursory formatting review within a week of submission. The editorial review will occur later this spring.
